Return & Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you love the item(s) that you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for exchange ONLY. 
Please contact us via email - newshorewatchco@gmail.com prior to your return. Additionally, the shipping costs for the original purchase and for the return will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to not accept a return. We may also require a restocking and/or repair fee if the item(s) being returned have been damage or worn.
While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with NewShore Watch Co is nothing but positive.
Please note that sale items and presale items are final sale and are excluded from this policy.
Warranty
At NewShore Watch Co we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase so with this, we offer a 12 month warranty on all of our watches.
What does this Lifetime Warranty cover?
This Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
We will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
We will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
What does this Warranty not cover?
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Caring for your watch
*Keep your watch away from direct contact with water (washing hands with it on is fine). Don’t wear in the shower, bath or whilst swimming. Clean your watch by applying lemon extract and olive oil to a clean tissue and wiping over the watch.
*Use Protective Oils to Preserve the Shine
Olive oil, coconut oil, Lind seed oil are great natural oils that will help protect the wood from becoming too dry and cracking. And will help the wood stay in great condition. Occasionally put a small amount of oil onto a clean cloth and rub into the wood.
*Avoid exposing you watch to prolonged direct sunlight. If not, this can cause the wood to dry out and crack.
*Clean your watch regularly with, as mention before lemon extract and olive oil. Once all parts have been gently cleaned, use a dry cotton cloth to wipe off any residue.
*If you need to replace the battery (we recommend replacing once a year), take you watch to a watch service professional, rather than trying to replace it yourself.
*Store your watch safely in its box when not in use to prevent it from getting any scratches, cracks or any other damage.
Delivery Information
Free shipping on all UK orders
All orders made before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the following business day.
International shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
Pre-Orders
Estimated shipping dates are provided for Pre-Orders. We will do our best to ship your pre-order before or on the estimated ship date, but please be aware the actual ship may be different due to production or shipping delays.
Please Note that surcharges may apply on all deliveries outside Mainland UK. For courier purposes, the following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles. The postcodes that fall within these areas are: All IV, KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 - PH50, HS, ZE, IM, BT. Please contact us for a quote on delivery if your postcode falls into one of these. Please Contact us before you order if ordering outside of Mainland UK for any possible charges.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Shopify to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.

· as needed to provide our services, such as when We use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
